Stony Hill Fire Department, 7:00 pm
We’re looking forward to our tomorrow’s monthly gathering on Wednesday, November 12 at 7:00 pm at the Stony Hill Fire Department in Bethel. Like October’s meeting, we won’t have a formal guest speaker — instead, we’d love for the evening to be all about stories, sharing and camaraderie.
What’s on the agenda:
Swap tales from your latest fly-fishing outings; big waters, small streams, new spots, old favorites.
A special call‐out to the recent trip to the Connetquot River Preserve on Long Island: bring your stories, photos, what made it memorable (or what you’d do differently next time).
Connect with fellow members, grab some refreshments, and plan more outings for the season ahead.
Whether you landed the fish of a lifetime, got skunked, or simply enjoyed a peaceful morning on the water — your story matters. Bring it along. We’re here to learn from each other, laugh, and enjoy our shared love of trout and honest outdoors time.
Looking Ahead
We’ll also talk about upcoming events, including our always-fun
🧣 Ugly Sweater Farmington River Fishing Trip in December.
So we’ll see you tomorrow night, and bring a friend if you want. Pizza and beverages will be available at 7:00pm, followed by our 50/50 raffle, chapter business and casual conversations. Whether you caught a trophy or just a quiet moment on the water, your story belongs here.
