Wine, Beer, Bourbon & Southern BBQ
Join us for CVTU’s spring fundraiser, Saturday, May 21st, outdoors under the Pavilion in Dickinson Park in Newtown.
We’ll have a wine, beer & bourbon tasting hosted by Nick’s Chilled & Distilled, of Sandy Hook. David Grant’s Catering of Shelton will provide Southern BBQ along with charcuterie and a variety of deserts.
A silent auction will offer new and used equipment, gift baskets, guided fishing, hand tied flies, gift cards, and many other items. CVTU past President Steve Zakur will host a live auction with guided fishing trips, on both salt and fresh water, golf for four at Traditions Golf Club in Waterford, RL Winston 9’ 5wt. Fly Rod, and a half-day fishing for two on private water at the Pootatuck River Club. There will also be bucket raffle items galore. See the list of auction and raffle items below
